yesterday local mcp servers in the repo's config.toml worked, now they do not

Facing the same issue. The project level config.toml file just won't read the MCP.

@gmmeyer, the session rollout unfortunately wasn't successfully uploaded. If you have this session around still — or are able to repro it with a new session, could you please use /feedback again and post the session ID if it's different from above?
