What issue are you seeing?

doing a big job of ocr and image understanding in hundreds of video frames. been hung for 4+ hours already. double-esc'd out of that, and just asked what's going on, what's eta etc, and now on that super simple sentence it's still hung!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

i had a look, and the potential duplicates are not really what i'm talking about. although the image-heavy task is related.

i restarted the codex session and got this, still working though:
