UI rendering bug where a large dark translucent overlay/shadow is blocking the Codex plugins page

What subscription do you have?

A large dark translucent/blurred overlay appears over the Codex plugins page and blocks the plugin list. The issue persists after refreshing, restarting the app, resetting zoom, clearing plugin cache, and relaunching Codex with GPU acceleration disabled. This appears to be a UI rendering or layout bug in the plugins page.
