What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

free

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

An error has occurred
Codex crashed with the following error:

(code=3221225506, signal=null).
Most recent error: Codex app-server websocket closed (code=3221225506)
Some things to try:

Check your config.toml for invalid settings
Check your settings to disable running in WSL if you are seeing compatibility issues
Try downloading a different version of the extension
Click reload to restart the Codex extension, or visit our documentation for additional help.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

When I install and run the Windows version of Codex, an error page appears.
Clicking the Reload​ button flashes the login page briefly, then returns to the error page.
As a result, I am completely unable to use Codex on Windows.
