macOS desktop: Settings / Local Work / Branch Switching buttons are all no-op

macOS (Apple Silicon)

What issue are you seeing?

The following UI actions do nothing when clicked:

• Settings
• ローカルで作業 / Local Work
• ブランチ切り替え / Branch Switching

The app does not crash, but these actions are no-op.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Codex desktop app
2. Click Settings
3. Click ローカルで作業
4. Click ブランチ切り替え

What I already tried

• reinstalling the app
• downgrading the app
• restarting the app
• clearing cache / session storage
• cleaning local Codex state

The problem still reproduces.
