Which IDE are you using?

What issue are you seeing?

In the Codex VS Code extension, when I open the history/tasks dropdown, each row shows the session name on the left and the relative time, such as “22h”, on the right.

When I hover over the “22h” text, it changes into an archive icon. At the same time, a small grid/panel appears on the left side of the row. The row then flickers or flips very quickly depending on the mouse position.

Expected behavior:
The archive icon should appear smoothly on hover, without flickering or shifting the row layout.

Actual behavior:
The right-side timestamp changes to an archive icon, and a small left-side grid/panel appears and flickers rapidly while moving the mouse.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open VS Code with the Codex extension enabled.
Open the Codex sidebar/panel.
Click the History/Tasks button to open the session history dropdown.
Move the mouse cursor over the timestamp text on the right side of a session row (example: “22h”).
Observe that the timestamp changes into an archive icon.
While hovering around that area, move the mouse slightly left/right over the boundary between the timestamp and archive icon.
The row begins flickering rapidly, and a small grid/panel artifact appears on the left side depending on mouse position.

What is the expected behavior?

The archive icon should appear smoothly on hover, without flickering or shifting the row layout.
