[FR] Fallback to GPT 5 Mini/Nano when Plus/Pro limits are reached.

When you reach your limit, you no longer receive messages. It would be nice to be able to "please summarize our previous conversation" or something so I could continue later once my limit has reset. The Mini/Nano should be a rounding error for this type of task.
