5h limit changed reset time during usage and pushed it back ~2h

What issue are you seeing?

I always check my usage in a open browser tab to get a feeling on how much i can do in a specific time and i plan my tasks around the reset times, I'm unsure if i just never noticed or if it is new but today I noticed that my 5h limit reset time got pushed back about 2h while using codex (already used about 50%) so now I need to wait an additional 2h until i can continue.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I'm unsure, I guess just tracking the usage.
