Disable hover-triggered right sidebar in Codex desktop app

The Codex desktop app currently opens the right sidebar automatically when the mouse hovers near the right edge of the window.

This is extremely disruptive during normal use, especially when selecting or copying text near the right side of the conversation. The sidebar appears unexpectedly, covers content, steals visual focus, and makes basic text selection feel unreliable.

Please consider disabling hover-triggered sidebar opening by default. A better behavior would be:

• Open the sidebar only through an explicit button or keyboard shortcut.
• Or provide a setting to disable hover-triggered sidebar opening.
• If hover behavior remains, make it opt-in rather than default.

This has been one of the most frustrating interaction patterns in the Codex desktop app because it interferes with frequent copy/select workflows.
