Cannot Set Effort Level For New Session

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
26.506.31421 (2620)
What subscription do you have?
Pro
What platform is your computer?
MacOS
What issue are you seeing?
When start a new session, I cannot reset the effort level (on macos with version 26.506.31421 (2620)). Have to manually pause the request and then can reset the effort level
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Restart the app & press a new session
What is the expected behavior?
You are able to set the effort level
