I believe this is a significant missing feature. In frontend development, the ability to communicate with the agent using visuals would add substantial value and greatly improve the development experience.

This severely limits Codex's ability to perform frontend tasks. Would be great to get it sorted at some stage :)

nothing to do with maintenance - use gpt for that
Is anyone actually maintaining this project? Why doesn't it support pasting pictures yet, when the project has been launched for almost four months? Is this really an official project of openai?
https://github.com/openai/codex/commit/468a8b4c38bc9b8651db9607f122c2eb50ff4730 this was implemented in release 0.24.0; you can paste (Ctrl+V) and drag images :)
