after finish /goal complete, the progress list during the goal still mark as unfinish

What issue are you seeing?
as you can see, the goal mark as complete while the last item in the progree list still mark as pending

What steps can reproduce the bug?
I didn't have another task to use /goal right now, so I'm not sure if this is reproducable.
What is the expected behavior?
expected to finish the goal and progress list all mark as finished

If you (or any other user) is able to repro this, please use
/feedbackto upload the session details and post the session ID so I can investigate further.I run another goal in the same conversation/thread but the goal itself didn't break into multi progress list and just finish it(guess it's the goal itself didn't trigger break down and codex detect it as short period task). But it didn't clear the last goal(prev one I've run for longer period) and the progress list in the UI ( which I think it should be clear? if new goal is running /finish the old one should be remove or smth)
