_No response_

What issue are you seeing?

Codex CLI appears to be showing a cybersecurity-risk warning for a trivial non-cyber prompt.
Repro: launch Codex with memories disabled in an empty/local project, then send only “hi”.
Observed: “Your conversations have multiple flags for possible cybersecurity risk…”
This appears to be a false positive. I am not requesting exploit development, credential theft, malware, unauthorized scanning, or any other cybersecurity activity.
Please review whether my account/conversation was incorrectly placed under cyber safety mitigations. I do not want to complete Trusted Access/KYC for a false positive.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Uploaded thread: 019e1ae5-abf4-7261-92e7-02902f18ec9d

What is the expected behavior?

remove the warning for my account
