Feature request: Add setting to auto-expand the Working section in Codex desktop app

What feature would you like to see?

Please add a setting for the Codex desktop app to automatically expand the "Working" section in assistant responses for commands and review requests, so users do not have to click the disclosure arrow each time.

Why is this useful?

When using Codex in Coding detail mode, I often want to watch commands, reasoning summaries, commands, auto-review requests and progress details as they happen. The current collapsed default adds repetitive clicking across every response/thread.

Suggested behavior

Add a setting such as:

Settings > General > Auto-expand Working details

or remember the user's last expanded/collapsed preference per thread.
