Hello,

i’m getting an error on context /compact on the macos app, i am running on a custom provider (openai on azure).

alos unrelated issue, when i use azure as my default provider, i am no longer connected to codex with my openai account.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

fill the whole context windown and try. to call /compact or let the agent do it byitself.

i don't know if me being on azure can cause the issue.

What is the expected behavior?
