After running out of my limit with gpt 5.5, i try to switch to gpt-5.3-codex spark as the /status says i have 100% gpt-5.3-codex-spark limit remaining, but i'm unable to use it.

I've tried all of the known 'fixes' including:

• restarting cpu, restarting codex
• upgrading to latest
• delete models_cache.json

What steps can reproduce the bug?
