그냥 운영체제가 그런 문제가 아닌거 같습니다.
그냥 codex app, codex cli, codex exec 모든 종류를 가벼운 질문 해도 엄청 느리게 답변이 옵니다.

인터넷 문제도 아니고, 똑같은 프로그램을 똑같이 돌려도 결과가 2~3배 이상 느리게 답변 됩니다. 기존에 7분 걸린게 지금 20분 이상.
