Allow granular control of App/Plugin permissions

What feature would you like to see?
Email apps now have write ability, which is great, but I would like to usually have that capability turned off, while still allowing email reads. We currently have no way to control which permissions are turned on within Apps/Plugins (on chatgpt.com or CLI or App)
