/status reset time is truncated in the desktop app

What issue are you seeing?
I am seeing truncated reset timestamps in the desktop app /status view.
Example output:
5h limit: 96% left (resets 4:23 …
7d limit: 22% left (resets May 1…
The reset time is cut off, and there does not appear to be a way to expand or view the full timestamp.
It sounds like #17453 only fixed the CLI/TUI version of this issue, but the desktop app still has the same behaviour.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
