What feature would you like to see?
Codex in Jetbrains IDE's should have better feature parity with codex CLI - /goal command and various other stuff that allow workflows available in Codex CLI. Current list of slash commands in plugin is very lacking.

The JetBrains Codex client is developed and maintained by JetBrains. Please file the enhancement request with them.
