Codex Mobile does not support steer/queue messages

What issue are you seeing?

Codex Mobile does not seem to support steer/queue messages. When a task is running, I click the send button and nothing happened.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the ChatGPT mobile app.
2. Go to Codex.
3. Open an existing Codex thread or start a new one.
4. Start a task and wait for Codex to begin working.
5. Try to send another message to steer the task or queue a follow-up instruction.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex Mobile should support steer/queue messages while a task is running, matching the desktop Codex workflow.

• at least return error message or disable the button when it is not supported
