ChatGPT iOS Codex: new chat input is erased when pressing Send

What issue are you seeing?

In the ChatGPT iOS app, Codex mobile is available and I can use existing Codex conversations. However, when I start a new Codex chat/task and type a message, pressing Send clears/erases the input instead of submitting the message. No task is created and no progress appears

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ChatGPT iOS app.
2. Go to Codex.
3. Start a new Codex chat/task.
4. Type any message.
5. Press Send.

What is the expected behavior?

The message should submit and create/start the Codex task
