What issue are you seeing?
When doing a review, if a steer instructions is queued and Esc is pressed, codex crashes with Error: turn/interrupt failed in TUI.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Run codex.
- /review
- While it's thinking, queue a message (say
a). - Press Esc.
What is the expected behavior?
Expected: The model is interrupted to submit steer instructions.
Actual: Codex crashes with Error: turn/interrupt failed in TUI.
