Codex App: Github Review menu no longer shows open PR comments

After the latest Codex app update, the Github dropdown on the Codex no longer shows active PR review comments on the current branch's PR - as it used to until this version.

I had a tight review workflow within the Codex app that used the PR comment feature - where I'd just add the comments to the thread directly and have them be worked on, but now I have to go back to Github to check if PRs have any new comments. Then I either have to paste the comments or ask Codex to look them up - either of which are quite a bit slower than my old workflow.

The Github dropdown now only shows me the status of my CI pipeline, which imo is way less helpful. The pinned / floating git menu alongside chat also doesn't show open comments. See screenshots.

Am I missing something here? Has this feature just been removed, or is it hidden away somewhere else now?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

It's just in the new version of the Codex app.

What is the expected behavior?

I'd expect for open comments on the current branch's PR to be easily viewable within Codex, and from there have a trivial path to adding those comments to the chat thread so I can start working on them. This has been working until the current version and seems to just have been removed.
