Diff Not Visible for `Last Run` - Auto-Review Bug

What issue are you seeing?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Ask codex to create a branch or worktree and do some random change in the git repository. The diff wont be visible when you click review no matter what

What is the expected behavior?

Expected to see the diff instantly
