Error when logging in codex with HK phone number

What issue are you seeing?

I got The phone number you entered is invalid. Please check and try again error message in the Phone number required page when putting in a valid Hong Kong phone number. This happen consistently after trying with different valid google accounts, valid +852 phone numbers, in or out of incognito.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Login codex via continue with chatgpt option
2. pick a valid google account
3. put a valid hk +852 phone number when prompted

What is the expected behavior?
