What issue are you seeing?

Use the “Switch me out of Plan Mode” shortcut key. The terminal indicates that it has already switched out of Plan Mode, but the model still says that it has not entered Code Mode and remains unable to switch modes unless a new session is created.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

/plan or switch to plan mode and then switch out after executive plan generated.
