Gmail Plugin does not support downloading encrypted PDFs

What issue are you seeing?
The gmail codex plugin is unable to read attachments which are encrypted. it fails with the error
Failed to read attachment
400 Bad Request

What steps can reproduce the bug?

send a email with an encrypted PDF (the ones where gmail warns Encrypted attachment warning – Be careful with this attachment. This message contains 1 encrypted attachment that can't be scanned for malicious content. Avoid downloading it unless you know the sender and are confident that this email is legitimate.)
