Feature request: show realtime transcript while dictating in Codex App

Feature request

When using voice input in the Codex conversation box, show live interim transcription while the user is speaking, instead of leaving the input field blank until speech stops.

Problem

Currently, while speaking, the input box does not display recognized text in real time. Text only appears after the user stops speaking. This makes it hard to know whether Codex is hearing correctly, especially for long dictation, Chinese-English mixed speech, technical terms, accents, or noisy environments. If transcription is wrong, the user only discovers it at the end and has to redo the dictation.

Suggested behavior

Show interim transcription in a temporary/grey state while recording. When speech stops, replace it with the final transcription. Ideally, provide a setting to enable/disable realtime transcript display.

Improves confidence, reduces uncertainty, and prevents rework during voice input.
