I am facing a similar issue where I am not able to access my past sessions. When I try to access them I get the following screen but I am sure that the the sessions aren't getting deleted in my case as I am able to access them via the VSCode Codex plugin. The issue happens only when I try to access them via the Codex Desktop app. I am also on Windows and I am facing the issue after I updated to the latest version (26.513.31313) today.

The issue is fixed for me in the latest hotfix release.
