What issue are you seeing?

What issue are you seeing?
After scanning the Codex Desktop QR code, the ChatGPT mobile app navigates to the Codex home screen but does not display the device authorization prompt (“Allow this phone to access Codex on your computer?”).
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Initially authorized Codex Desktop connection from ChatGPT mobile app (authorization successful)
  2. Revoked the device authorization from mobile app settings
  3. Scanned the Codex Desktop QR code again
  4. App navigates to Codex interface, but authorization prompt never appears, unable to re-authorize

Expected behavior:
After revoking authorization and scanning the QR code again, the authorization confirmation prompt should appear
Actual behavior:
The authorization prompt is completely absent. Mobile app shows as disconnected while desktop shows waiting for authorization.
Attempted solutions:
• Restarted both Codex Desktop and ChatGPT mobile app
• Signed out and signed back in on both platforms
• Uninstalled and reinstalled ChatGPT mobile app
None of these resolved the issue. Suspected cause: Server-side environment record not properly cleared, causing client to skip authorization flow.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
