OpenAI proactive reset didn't correctly reset for me. Usage says I should be able to work, but Codex App replies I'm out of usage.

What issue are you seeing?

Before the OpenAI forced reset, I was out of weekly usage and Codex was replying that I had to wait until my weekly reset on May 19th, 2026 5:22 AM. Then the forced reset happened. After the forced reset, my Usage Remaining (shown from the Setting menu) shows I have 99% for 5h and 100% for Weekly, which it says should reset on May 23rd. However, I try to run any commands and Codex keeps replying that I've hit my usage limit and still says it won't reset until May 19th. See screenshot below showing conflicting usage.

What is the expected behavior?

Codex should always let me work as long as neither 5h or weekly usage has hit 0%.
