Codex in Rider is not showing all the files it will edit when it requests permission (only showing 1)
What version of the IDE extension are you using?

What subscription do you have?
Free
Which IDE are you using?
Rider
What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
Sometimes when I get the popup to edit files, it seems to be able to edit multiple files, even if it only displays one file to edit. the screenshots show what happened on my recent prompt (I am also using agent mode, this may be a cause)
The only important parts to look at in the images are: The requests for file changes (these would come up with the accept, allow for this chat, reject) and the final list of changed files. this was one prompt. I noticed after the first file was edited and I watched 2 other files change that were not listed.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Ask codex to edit multiple files? It seems to only happen when it edits them all at once, sometimes it decides to do them one at a time.
What is the expected behavior?
Let me know all files to be edited at that time.
Additional information
Not sure if this is a bug with my exact usage, but i would like to see it fixed for people who may not know about it and having other code messed with and possibly broken.
