Codex mobile app popup not showing in iOS

What issue are you seeing?

I’m experiencing an issue where the Codex popup does not appear on my ChatGPT Business account when using the Codex iOS and macOS app.

I have the latest versions of both ChatGPT and Codex installed, but the Codex popup still does not show up. However, when I use my personal account on the same devices, the popup appears correctly on both iOS and macOS.

I’m trying to understand whether this is expected due to a rollout delay for Business accounts, or whether this is a bug.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Sign in to the ChatGPT app using a Business plan account.
Open the iOS or macOS app.
Look for the Codex popup or entry point.
Notice that the Codex popup does not appear.
Sign out and sign in with a personal account on the same device.
The Codex popup appears as expected.

What is the expected behavior?

When I open ChatGPT in mobile and when I click on Codex, the Codex remote popup should appear and I should be able to connect to my Codex Desktop app.
