No way to minimize "Your Out of Codex Messages" Pop-Up.

What issue are you seeing?

I purchased credits, and I'm still able to use Codex, so I should be able to minimize this pop-up. It's annoying.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

If you run out of codex messages, then you have credits on your account. The message cannot be minimized.

What is the expected behavior?
