Codex stuck at "You're out of Codex messages"

What issue are you seeing?

Codex keep saying "You're out of credits even though I have plenty credits available. I can start tasks in the same thread using the new remote feature on the iOS app connected to the same computer and Codex Mac app but I can't start threads in the Mac app itself.
