What issue are you seeing?

In codex cli, while Agent is running, I run /permisisons to enable auto approve, but I got '/permissions' is disabled while a task is in progress.
In codex App, I can changes my permisisons while task is in progress.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

allow changing /permissions while task is in progress, so I can enable auto approve while task is running.
