Make MCP Request timeout configurable

What feature would you like to see?

Some MCP take more than 10s(which is hardcoded in code) to load and gets this error (Ideally they shouldn't but depends on system it may change)

let user define some max time out which is acceptable.

🖐 MCP client for task-master-ai failed to start: request timed out
