What issue are you seeing?
After upgrading to v0.131.0, running codex from the terminal does not account for the current working directory and always opens in ~. Downgrading to v0.130.0 fixes the issue. The workaround I found was to use the --cd param to explicitly specify the path.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Upgrade to v0.131.0
- Open terminal and run
codexfrom your project directory or any other directory that is not~ - Codex will still use
~as the base directory
What is the expected behavior?
Codex should use the current working directory as the base directory
