After the quota was reset, I didn't do anything. Theoretically, the quota should be 100%, but 5 hours have already used up 13%, which is weird. I don't have any conversations.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I did nothing.

Yeah, they reset the usage while I was asleep. When I checked the usage after I woke up, it was 5hrs: 99% + weekly: 100%, and without me doing anything, the usage dropped by itself to 5hrs: 95% + weekly: 100% after an hour or two. Not to mention that the usage breakdown is empty as well, so I can't really check what was happening.
