The Codex app on Windows keeps freezing inexplicably, displaying "Not Responding," and I have to close and restart CodeX to fix it. This problem happens so frequently that it's almost unusable. I've seen some people say that this is because too many images are being sent, and the app needs to load all the images each time. If that's the case, then the CodeX app is just awful.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

For example, in front-end development, you need to send page screenshots or design reference images in a chat. At first, there is no problem, but after sending a few images, this issue occurs.

What is the expected behavior?

Don't keep freezing for no reason!
