What steps can reproduce the bug?
download either codex-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe.tar.gz or codex-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe.tzst and windows defender will flag as trojan and block.
What is the expected behavior?

I am seeing the same thing, also currently on 10.0.26100
