UI rendering bug on Plugins page when resizing window wider (macOS)

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.4.0 x86_64 i386

What issue are you seeing?

When resizing the window wider, the UI becomes corrupted:

large black overlay appears
skeleton loading layer stays visible
content overlaps and disappears
layout breaks on the Plugins page

This appears to be a rendering/compositor issue in the Electron/WebView layer.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Steps to reproduce:

Open Codex
Go to Plugins page
Resize window wider
Observe corrupted UI rendering
