Codex window becomes ugly / content stretches badly when maximized

What issue are you seeing?
When I maximize the Codex window (side panel), the content inside stretches unnaturally and the UI looks broken/unpolished.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex in VS Code
- Click the maximize button on the Codex window
- Observe the layout
What is the expected behavior?
The content should maintain padding.
