Is this different from https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/1290 ?
@bhack What is described in #1290 has way more features and would be nice to have. But at a minimum, a codex cli vscode extension should have automatic updates, viewing diffs, and a button in the IDE to open a new session. It would basically match what claude code vscode extension offers.
