Codex doctor report

What issue are you seeing?

I am seeing a persistent rendering issue in Codex Desktop on macOS.

On the plugins page, Codex displays a large dark blurred overlay / ghost layer on top of the actual content. In some cases, search results or plugin cards appear duplicated or frozen. In other cases, the app renders only a background or partially broken UI.

This issue persists even after reinstalling the app and clearing caches, so it does not appear to be caused by local project files or normal UI state corruption.
