Can't Connect A Previoiusly Disconnected Device To Codex On Laptop

What issue are you seeing?

I previously connected my iPhone ChatGPT Codex to my macOS Codex App, had issues with it and disconnected it. I now can't reconnect that same iPhone to my macOS Codex App. When I rescan the QR code to set up the connection it looks like I'm already connected except the connection is red and I can't actually do anything.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Connections on Codex macOS app -> Add connection -> scan qr code with a device that was disconnected for Codex macOS app.

What is the expected behavior?

Easy seamless reconnection.
