Codex App for Windows Keeps Freezing and says Not Responding Whenver I perform an action after another action

What issue are you seeing?

Codex App for Windows was working perfectly for a while, but with the last few updates I've noticed a really bad Not Responding error. Basically anytime I perform an action in the app and then try to perform another action, for example, submit a prompt and then try to click on another conversation the entire app will freeze for a few. It will usually start working again.

I have to always make sure to wait 10 to 15 seconds after one click or action before performing another to make sure it doesn't keep freezing and say not responding. Never had this problem until the last few updates.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
