What issue are you seeing?

I can reproduce a similar issue on an Intel Mac.

Environment:
ProductName: macOS
ProductVersion: 14.8.5
BuildVersion: 23J423

Language selected: Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese
Steps to reproduce:

Open Codex Desktop.
Go to Settings > General > Language.
Select Chinese or Traditional Chinese.
Quit the app completely with Cmd + Q.
Reopen Codex Desktop.
Open the app menu or right-click context menu.
Actual behavior:
The language setting appears to be saved, but the UI is still partially English.
For example, menu/context menu items such as Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Select All remain in English, while some macOS/system-provided items are shown in Chinese/Traditional Chinese.

Expected behavior:
After selecting Chinese or Traditional Chinese, the whole Codex Desktop UI and menus should be consistently localized.

Additional notes:
This is happening on Intel Mac x86_64, not Apple Silicon.
I also tried changing the macOS per-app language setting and restarting the app, but the issue still persists.
