Codex app UI issue: options below the input box are obscured

What issue are you seeing?

The Codex app UI appears to be rendering incorrectly. The options/menu area below the input box is partially blocked or hidden, making it difficult or impossible to interact with the controls under the composer.

This happens in the Codex desktop app with the Chinese UI enabled. A screenshot is attached showing the issue.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the Codex desktop app.
2. Start or open a conversation.
3. Focus on the input box at the bottom of the screen.
4. Observe the options/menu area below or near the input box.

What is the expected behavior?

The options below the input box should be fully visible and clickable.
